La micorrizacion de las plantulas micropropagadas de t. Articulata con glomus fasciculatum, durante la fase de aclimatacion de la micropropagacion mejoro la supervivencia de las plantulas durante esta fase, asi como su crecimiento. Por otro lado, la micorrizacion in vitro de h.Almeriense con terfezia claveryi (trufa del desierto) se realizo en el medio mh (morte y honrubia), especialmente dise\u00f1ado para esta simbiosis, obteniendose altos indices de micorrizacion y una estimulacion del crecimiento vegetal.  queda asi de manifiesto la necesidad de incorporar una etapa de micorrizacion en los protocolos de micropropagacion.  el estudio ultraestructural de las micorrizas formadas por t.Articulata, tanto en condiciones naturales como controladas, anteriormente mencionadas, mostro la formacion de una asociacion arbuscular tipica, donde la colonizacion de las celulas es siempre desde los espacios intercelulares. En h.Almeriense, este estudio mostro la formacion de una micorriza que por ciertos caracteres, como son la presencia de hifas unidas a la cara interna de las paredes vegetales, puede considerarse como
