Investigamos su papel en la fisiopatolog\u00eda de la hipoxia e insuficiencia respiratoria en pacientes sometidos a ventilacion mecanica, analizando el comportamiento del fna en dos situaciones clinicas distintas (sdra y epoc) y en dos fases (peep: o, peep:  10). Determinamos los niveles de fna en diferentes puntos (auricula derecha, arteria pulmonar, capilar ocluido, venas perifericas y arteria sistemica), ademas de los niveles de acido lactico, diuresis y natriuresis, estado hemodinamico y transporte de oxigeno.
