la tesis doctoral son: 1-\tevaluar si el consumidor es un sujeto pasivo en el proceso de migraci\u00f3n. 2-\testablecer la serie de variables y mecanismos de control que permiten trasladar al consumidor de la marca a migrar a la marca receptora de la migraci\u00f3n, sin que se reduzca el n\u00famero y se mantenga su fidelidad y la migraci\u00f3n sea un \u00e9xito.  para ello, adem\u00e1s del an\u00e1lisis de la literatura existente, se analiza las caracter\u00edsticas de una reorganizaci\u00f3n de un portafolio de marcas, partiendo desde el valor de la marca.  se realizan las siguientes investigaciones: 1-\tinvestigaci\u00f3n pre-migraci\u00f3n con consumidores 2-\tinvestigaci\u00f3n post-migraci\u00f3n con consumidores 3-\tuna investigaci\u00f3n empresa con directores de
