Para ello se administraron dosis \u00fanicas (5 \u00f3 7,5 mg\/kg), de fbz por v\u00eda endovenosa (bolus) a caballos, burros, ovejas, perros, conejos, ratas y ratones (n=4 -5). mediante an\u00e1lisis no compartimental de los datos de concentraci\u00f3n plasm\u00e1tica del f\u00e1rmaco en funci\u00f3n del tiempo, se calcularon los par\u00e1metros que describen el comportamiento farmacocin\u00e9tico de la fbz en las distintas especies, no encontr\u00e1ndose diferencias con los datos aportados previamente por otros autores.  los par\u00e1metros farmacocin\u00e9ticos (cl, vdss, t1\/2beta y mrt) se sometieron a un escalaje mediante ajuste a la ecuaci\u00f3n alom\u00e9trica cl\u00e1sica \/y=a. Wb). as\u00ed se obtuvieron los valores de los exponentes que se encuentran dentro del intervalo establecido para los diferentes tipos de par\u00e1metros: cl (exp=0,864; par\u00e1metros de velocidad de un proceso, exp 0,75), vdss (exp=0,894; par\u00e1metro dimensional, exp 1,0) y t1\/2beta= -0,012, par\u00e1metro de tiempo, exp 0,25).  utilizando los exponentes alom\u00e9tricos de los par\u00e1metros cin\u00e9ticos, se realizaron diversas transformaciones matem\u00e1ticas de la variables dependiente (concentraci\u00f3n plasm\u00e1tica) e independiente (tiempo) sobre las gr\u00e1ficas de disposici\u00f3n del f\u00e1rmaco. Los datos de estas transformaciones en tiempo invariable (tiempo equivalente, apolisicrones, kalinicrones, dieneticrones y sindesicrones) fueron nuevamente ajustados a ecuaciones exponenciales del tipo y=a.Ealfat. de todos ellos, los sindesicrones, en cuyo c\u00e1lculo se encuentran implicados tanto el peso corporal como el cerebral, ofrecieron el mejor ajuste
