El modelo se usa para la generaci\u00f3n computerizada de posturas humanas realistas. Nuestra propuesta es dividir cada articulaci\u00f3n de un grado de libertad en dos articulaciones coordinadas, denominadas half-joints. Cada half-joint refleja la actividad de un grupo de m\u00fasculos asociado con un grado de libertad, en una direcci\u00f3n: la direcci\u00f3n de empuje del correspondiente grupo muscular. En anatom\u00eda, estos dos grupos musculares se denominan antagonistas. Los par\u00e1metros del modelo son la m\u00e1xima fuerza muscular y el momento de fuerza actual a nivel de articulaci\u00f3n, ambos se usan para calcular un valor de momento de fuerza normalizado. Este valor normalizado se usa para computar el tiempo m\u00e1ximo que una postura puede mantenerse. El modelo integra el tiempo como una variable expl\u00edcita en un marco de trabajo con cinem\u00e1tica inversa, de forma que su evoluci\u00f3n a lo largo del tiempo pueda ser explotada tanto para optimizaci\u00f3n de posturas como en la caracterizaci\u00f3n de vol\u00famenes alcanzables.  para la optimizaci\u00f3n de posturas introducimos un patr\u00f3n de activaci\u00f3n para cada articulaci\u00f3n que permite establecer una restricci\u00f3n de reducci\u00f3n de fatiga. Estas restricciones se pueden tambi\u00e9n llamar restricciones fuertes, ya que tiene que asegurarse su mayor prioridad respecto cualquier otra tarea de cinem\u00e1tica inversa. El patr\u00f3n de activaci\u00f3n, basado en el fen\u00f3meno conocido como hist\u00e9resis, analiza el nivel de fatiga de una articulaci\u00f3n y cuando \u00e9ste supera un umbral, la variaci\u00f3n que sufre la articulaci\u00f3n reduce el momento de fuerza por medio de un peque\u00f1o incremento compatible con el correspondiente incremento del tiempo. La minimizaci\u00f3n de la fatiga se consigue usando momentos de fuerza activos y pasivos.  por otro lado, y a un nivel m\u00e1s alto de abstracci\u00f3n, usamos el modelo de fatiga para
