(photovoltaic converters for optical fibre based power by light systems)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Rafael Pe\u00f1a Capilla <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tesis doctoral aborda el estudio de los sistemas de transmisi\u00f3n de energ\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de fibras \u00f3pticas. Esta tecnolog\u00eda permite alimentar equipos electr\u00f3nicos en aquellas \u00e1reas en las cuales el uso de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica no es recomendable.  en la primera parte de la tesis (cap\u00edtulos 2 y 3), se realiza un estudio de las aplicaciones de la telealimentaci\u00f3n descritas en la literatura. en la segunda parte (cap\u00edtulos 4 y 5), se describe el modelado te\u00f3rico de los convertidores fotovoltaicos de gaas conectados en serie monol\u00edticamente, que son los receptores m\u00e1s utilizados en sistemas de telealimentaci\u00f3n. en la tercera parte del documento, se aborda el dise\u00f1o de convertidores m\u00faltiples de gaas con caracter\u00edsticas adecuadas a los sistemas de transmisi\u00f3n de energ\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de fibras \u00f3pticas (cap\u00edtulo 6) y el desarrollo de los procesos tecnol\u00f3gicos necesarios para fabricar estos dispositivos (cap\u00edtulo 7).  el trabajo experimental es presentado en la cuarta parte. En el cap\u00edtulo 8 se describen los resultados de los convertidores m\u00faltiples fabricados. la m\u00e1xima eficiencia obtenida bajo luz l\u00e1ser es cercana al 46 %, con una potencia m\u00e1xima de 1 w.
