Por ejemplo, investigamos la formaci\u00f3n de las l\u00edneas rotacionales de agua en el complejo molecular gigante sgrb2, la formaci\u00f3n de las l\u00edneas vibro-rotacionales de co en la envoltura circunestelar de la supergigante vy cma, el enigma de las \u00abnubes fr\u00edas\u00bb en la atm\u00f3sfera solar y los efectos zeerman y hanle en l\u00edneas moleculares en la atm\u00f3sfera solar.  nuestro objetivo ha consistido en el desarrollo de un eficiente c\u00f3digo de transporte radiativo para l\u00edneas moleculares en atm\u00f3sferas con geometr\u00eda esf\u00e9rica y campos de volocidad macrosc\u00f3picos sin suponer equilibrio termodin\u00e1mico local (etl). Para resolver tales problemas de transporte radiativo, es necesario primero calcular las concentraciones moleculares en cada punto de la atm\u00f3sfera. Para tal fin, hemos desarrollado un c\u00f3digo que permite obtener las abundancias moleculares suponiendo la aproximaci\u00f3n de equilibrio qu\u00edmico instant\u00e1neo. Como en plasmas astrof\u00edsicos las escalas de tiempo din\u00e1micas suelen ser menores que los tiempos de formaci\u00f3n de mol\u00e9culas, hemos desarrollado tambi\u00e9n un c\u00f3digo que permite obtener la variaci\u00f3n en el tiempo de las abundancias moleculares mediante la resoluci\u00f3n de las ecuaciones de evoluci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica. Este tipo de ecuaciones deben estar basadas en una red de reacciones suficientemente realista para cada problema particular.  hemos aplicado estas t\u00e9cnicas para investigar algunos problemas clave en f\u00edsica solar, como el enigma del gas fr\u00edo en la atm\u00f3sfera solar o la importancia de la fotodisociaci\u00f3n en el establecimiento de la abundancia de ch en los puntos brillantes
