<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El tema principal de la tesis doctoral es el estudio de h\u00edbridos  p\u00e9ptido-carbohidrato e h\u00edbridos p\u00e9ptido-biarilo, que son compuestos d\u00f3nde una o varias cadenas de amino\u00e1cido est\u00e1n unidas a un fragmento c\u00edclico no pept\u00eddico (molde). como molde se han usado derivados de carbohidratos insaturados y biarilos.  las tareas realizadas en la tesis incluyen:  a,- s\u00edntesis de los intermedios sint\u00e9ticos: derivados de amino\u00e1cidos, p\u00e9ptidos, carbohidratos y biarilos.  b,- s\u00edntesis de h\u00edbridos p\u00e9ptido-carbohidrato e h\u00edbridos p\u00e9ptido-biarilo.  c,- caracterizaci\u00f3n de los componentes sintetizados, que en el caso delosh\u00edbridos han consistido en diversos experimentos de rmn-bidimensional y rmn a temperatura variable, los cuales se han usado para determinar los par\u00e1metros de activaci\u00f3n de diversos equilibrios conformacionales.  d,- algunos de los compuestos preparados han sido estudiados por difracci\u00f3n de rayos x en monocristal, que se han empleado para evaluar los diversos factores responsables del empaquetamiento cristalino, as\u00ed  como entender las interacciones en compuestos arom\u00e1ticos y en p\u00e9ptidos.  e,- muchos de los compuestos preparados se han ensayado como inhibidores de la proteasa calpa\u00edna, los cuales pueden ser \u00fatiles para el tratamiento de ciertas enfermedades degenerativas (algunos compuestos est\u00e1n siendo ensayados in vivo en una empresa farmac\u00e9utica).  f,- los resultados de actividad biol\u00f3gica de los compuestos preparados ha servido de gu\u00eda para el \u00abdise\u00f1o\u00bb de quimiotecas combinatorias de h\u00edbridos p\u00e9ptido-biarilo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
