Se sustenta en una investigaci\u00f3n colaborativa realizada con la particiciaci\u00f3n de 12 universidades chilenas, 30 docentes y 2.000 estudiantes de primer a\u00f1o. El enfoque metodologico es de tipo cualicualtitativo, con un dise\u00f1o de investigaci\u00f3n acci\u00f3n, considerando evaluaciones de diagn\u00f3stico, proceso y salida que buscaron obtener informaci\u00f3n relacionada con las competencias y usos tecn\u00f3logicos que efectuan los docentes y alumnos en su que hacer acad\u00e9mico, estableciendo las relaciones existentes entre las expectativas de uso de los estudiantes y la oferta metodologica con uso de tic que realiizan los docentes. Se dispone de variada informaci\u00f3n triangulada acerca de estas relaciones.  la fundamentaci\u00f3n teorica se basa en la formulaci\u00f3n y propuesta de ub modelo curricular cibern\u00e9tico.
