Esta tesis pretende avanzar hacia la consecuencia de sistemas multiagente abiertos.  nuestros esfuerzos se han concentrado en un marco de trabajo para desarrollar sistemas multiagente que maximiza la reutilizaci\u00f3n de los agentes en diferentes dominios, y soporta la formaci\u00f3n de equipos bajo demanda, satisfaciendo los requirimientos del problema. Por un lado, este trabajo investiga el uso de m\u00e9todos de soluci\u00f3n de problemas para describir las capacidades de los agentes con el objetivo de mejorar su reutilizaci\u00f3n. Hemos tenido que adaptar el modelo para trabajar con aspectos espec\u00edficos de los agentes, como el lenguaje de comunicaci\u00f3n y los protocolos de interacci\u00f3n. Por otro lado, eta tesis propone un nuevo modelo para el proceso de soluci\u00f3n de problemas cooperativo, el cual introduce una fase de configuraci\u00f3n previa a la formaci\u00f3n de un equipo. El proceso de configuraci\u00f3n se encarga de dise\u00f1ar el equipo en t\u00e9rminos de las tareas a realizar, las capacidades a utilizar, y el conocimiento del dominio disponible. Las aseveraciones aqu\u00ed realizadas han sido puestas a prueba mediante la implementaci\u00f3n de una infraestructura para agentes. Esta infraestructura proporciona un nivel de mediaci\u00f3n social para los proveedores y clientes del sistema de resoluci\u00f3n de problemas, sin impone una arquitectura de agentes en particular, ni un modelo mental\u00edstico de la cooperaci\u00f3n. Las contribuciones de este trabajo adoptan la forma de un marco multinivel, y son presentadas desde los conceptos m\u00e1s abstractos a los m\u00e1s concretos, para terminar con la implementaci\u00f3n
