Los nuevos ligandos obtenidos en esta tesis, tienen la particularidad de poseer una funcionalizaci\u00f3n que les permite ser inmovilizados a los soportes citados por una posici\u00f3n lejana al centro activo del catalizador, de tal forma que el pol\u00edmero no impide que el aminoalcohol posea la movilidad necesaria para llevar a cabo el proceso catal\u00edtico sin ning\u00fan tipo de restriccion conformacional (principio de tail-tied ligands, desarrollado en nuestro grupo de investigaci\u00f3n).  el comportamiento de algunos de los ligandos heterog\u00e9neos obtenidos en esta tesis doctoral, 6 y 8 presentan una actividad catal\u00edtica excepcional tanto en la adici\u00f3n de et2zn y ph2zn a aldeh\u00eddos, siendo los ligandos m\u00e1s activos de su especie en estas transformaciones. De hecho, se tratan de los primeros ligandos heterog\u00e9nos ensayados con \u00e9xito en la adici\u00f3n de ph2zn a aldeh\u00eddos.  uno de estos ligandos heterogeneizados, 7, por su gran facilidad de obtenci\u00f3n, ha sido ensayados como catalizador en la puesta a punto de un sistema de flujo en continuo para catalizar la adici\u00f3n de et2zn. Se obtuvieron resultados de producci\u00f3n muy elevados en comparaci\u00f3n con otros sistemas semejantes descritos en la literatura, en tiempos de residencia excepcionalmente
