{"id":69631,"date":"2018-03-09T23:14:06","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:14:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/analisis-de-formulaciones-de-pesticidas-por-espectrometria-vibracional\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T23:14:06","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:14:06","slug":"analisis-de-formulaciones-de-pesticidas-por-espectrometria-vibracional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/analisis-de-formulaciones-de-pesticidas-por-espectrometria-vibracional\/","title":{"rendered":"An\u00e1lisis de formulaciones de pesticidas por espectrometr\u00eda vibracional"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Guillermo Rafael Quintas Soriano <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La presente tesis doctoral, presentada bajo la forma de compendio de trabajos, pretende ser una gu\u00eda pr\u00e1ctica sobre el empleo de la espectrometr\u00eda vibracional en el an\u00e1lisis de formulaciones de pesticidas, complementario al empleo de los habituales m\u00e9todos cromatogr\u00e1ficos.  el conjunto de procedimientos propuestos permite establecer una metodolog\u00eda adecuada para el desarrollo r\u00e1pido de aplicaciones espec\u00edficas aplicables a diferentes procesos de control de calidad en la industria agroqu\u00edmica, tanto para el an\u00e1lisis de ingredientes activos como de los productos t\u00e9cnicos empleados en su fabricaci\u00f3n.  la tesis doctoral presenta dos partes diferenciadas. Por un lado se aborda el an\u00e1lisis de formulaciones mediante espectrometr\u00eda ftir, mientras que la segunda parte considera el empleo de la espectrometr\u00eda ft-raman.  como resultado de la primera parte, se dispone de un n\u00famero de procedimientos de an\u00e1lisis cuantitativo aplicables sobre diferentes familias de pesticidas de tipo carbamato, metilcarbamato, cloronicotinil, sulfonilurea, dimetilurea, organoclorado, organofosforado, ftalimida y benzoico, formulados en un conjunto amplio de presentaciones (granulado, granulado mojable y soluble, concentrado soluble y emulsionable, etc.). Por otra parte, los procedimientos desarrollados se han aplicado sobre formulaciones que cubren un intervalo amplio de concentraciones de ingrediente activo (3.6 &#8211; 95 %), resultando aplicables tambi\u00e9n a los productos t\u00e9cnicos empleados en la producci\u00f3n.  en esta primera parte se han desarrollado aplicaciones para el control por espectrometr\u00eda ftir, empleando medidas en r\u00e9gimen est\u00e1tico, de clorsulfur\u00f3n, endosulf\u00e1n, fenoxicarb, fluometur\u00f3n, imidacloprid y pirimicarb. Asimismo se han dise\u00f1ado montajes, basados en el an\u00e1lisis en flujo, que incluyen la etapa de preparaci\u00f3n de la muestra y se han aplicado al an\u00e1lisis on-line de formulaciones
