La conexi\u00f3n entre las cantidades temporales ideales y operacionales ha sido un aspecto muy poco estudiado hasta la fecha, y nuestro objetivo ha consistido fundamentalmente en modelar un dispositivo f\u00edsico que enlace ambas cantidades. Para ello hemos dise\u00f1ado un modelo basado en la detecci\u00f3n del primer fot\u00f3n de fluorescencia emitido por un \u00e1tomo de dos niveles excitado por un haz l\u00e1ser. La distribuci\u00f3n temporal de fotones de fluorescencia proporciona as\u00ed una distribuci\u00f3n operacional de tiempos de llegada. Hemos realizado un detallado estudio anal\u00edtico del modelo considerando las diferentes posibilidades geom\u00e9tricas del haz y delimitado los par\u00e1metros que proporcionan una buena medida en los distintos reg\u00edmenes operacionales. Tambi\u00e9n, hemos simulado num\u00e9ricamente las medidas temporales con los par\u00e1metros correspondientes a una transici\u00f3n espec\u00edfica de un \u00e1tomo de cesio, as\u00ed como el estudio anal\u00edtico del potencial complejo monocanal, equivalente al sistema bicanal del l\u00e1ser, y sus aplicaciones al c\u00e1lculo de valores promedio de tiempos de permanencia y posibilidad
