En este trabajo se establece un metodo analitico por hplc en fase inversa, utilizando fases enlazadas de ciclodextrinas para la separacion de los isomeros opticos de aminoacidos y compuestos relacionados, previamente derivatizados con opa (o-ftaldehido) y nda (2,3- naftalendicarboxialdehido).  los tiempos de retencion de los nda-aminoacidos son muchisimo mayores que sus correspondientes opa-aminoacidos, lo que indica que los complejos de inclusion de beta-ciclodextrina con nda-aminoacidos son mas estables que con opa-aminoacidos.  la metodolog\u00eda desarrollada de opa\/2-me se aplico a la determinacion de los enantiomeros del acido glutamico y de la penicilamina.
