del sistema jur\u00eddico-institucional franquista en la poblaci\u00f3n infantil, mediante un enfoque pluridisciplinar (dimensiones hist\u00f3rica y jur\u00eddica), para poner de manifiesto la relaci\u00f3n entre los planteamientos doctrinales o discursos del poder y el desarrollo y efectividad de los derechos de los ni\u00f1os, a trav\u00e9s del estudio de sus \u00e1mbitos de vivencia y desarrollo: familia, educaci\u00f3n, socializaci\u00f3n, trabajo, sanidad, asistencia social y delincuencia son los aspectos seleccionados y analizados a trav\u00e9s de fuentes jur\u00eddicas: leyes, reglamentos y c\u00f3digos; fuentes hist\u00f3ricas primarias: tratados de puericultura, y textos de educaci\u00f3n en familia, libros y textos escolares, tratados de urbanidad y comportamiento social, lecturas infantiles, revistas que abordan la infancia desde diferentes perspectivas, escritos de especialistas de la \u00e9poca en trabajo infantil, pediatr\u00eda, delincuencia, etc., Documentos de organizaciones del r\u00e9gimen, como el frente de juventudes y la secci\u00f3n femenina, la inspecci\u00f3n de trabajo, auxilio social, servicios de sanidad infantil y maternal, los tribunales tutelares de menores, el instituto de opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica, etc., As\u00ed como de organismos vinculados a \u00e9l como la iglesia cat\u00f3lica; medici\u00f3n de variables estad\u00edsticas -completada con la elaboraci\u00f3n de gr\u00e1ficos-, y fuentes secundarias, principalmente referidas a la historia de las mujeres, la vida privada y las costumbres socio-morales.  el estudio -precedido por el planteamiento de los conceptos clave, ni\u00f1o, derechos humanos y derechos del ni\u00f1o, la presentaci\u00f3n de la regulaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica internacional y el estudio de la situaci\u00f3n socio-jur\u00eddica de la infancia durante el siglo xix espa\u00f1ol- llega a la conclusi\u00f3n general de que en el franquismo el poder cuida de los ni\u00f1os, pero les
