En la parte a se estudian las reacciones de organoliticos beta, gamma y epsilon- funcionalizados con diferentes halogenuros aromaticos, heteroaromaticos y vinilicos que originan benzamidas y alcoholes funcionalizados. Se estudio tambien el mecanismo de reacciones.  en la parte b se describen los resultados de la adicion de organoliticos a complejos vinilcarbeno de fischer.  inicialmente se desarrolla la sintesis de sistemas triciclicos por reacciones tandem, adicion de michel y ciclopropanacion. Tambien se describe la reaccion de michael asimetrica de organoliticos a complejos (-)-8- fenilmentiloxialquenilcarbenos de cromo. Se observa una gran diastereoselectividad facial. Esto permitio obtener, aldehidos beta-sustituidos o lactoles beta-sustituidos con altos excesos enantiomericos, despues de eliminar el fragmento metalico. Por otra parte, la adicion de enolatos de litio derivados de cetonas o esteres transcurre con alta diastereoselectividad sin y elevada induccion asimetrica. La adicion de enolatos seguida de reacciones tipo aldolica y\/o adicion de organoliticos permite obtener complejos carbeno con hasta cinco centros esterogenicos.
