En los capitulos 3 y 4 especifica en terminos formales y estadisticos y estima un modelo de discriminacion salarial en el que aparece como variable explicativa de las diferencias salariales hombre-mujer la estabilidad en el empleo, entendida esta como probabilidad de renuncia voluntaria al empleo. El resultado mas importante del trabajo estadistico realizado es que efectivamente la menor estabilidad laboral de la mujer explica una parte significativa de las diferencias salariales que
