Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El descubrimiento de los receptores cannabinoides y del sistema cannabinoide end\u00f3geno ha impulsado la investigaci\u00f3n acerca de los efectos fisiol\u00f3gicos que pueden estar implicados en la modulaci\u00f3n de dicho sistema.Asimismo se ha incrementado la s\u00edntesis de nuevos compuestos que puedan actuar como agonistas y antagonistas de dichos receptores.  este trabajo ha tenido como objetivo la caracterizaci\u00f3n del mecanismo de acci\u00f3n mediante el cual dos agnistas cannabinoides de distinta naturaleza qu\u00edmica, r(+)- metanandamida y win 55,212-2, producen relajaci\u00f3n vascular en la aorta aislada de rata.Se han estudiado algunos de los principales mecanismos modulares de la vasodilataci\u00f3n arterial producida por cannabinoides.Hasta la fecha no se hab\u00eda realizado ning\u00fan trabajo de este tipo en arteria aorta de rata.  en nuestros resultados se comprueba que el efecto vasorrelajante de r-(+)- metanandamida y win 55,212-2 en la aorta aislada de rata, parece ser producido por la mediaci\u00f3n de varios mecanismos.En relaci\u00f3n a los receptores implicados en la vasodilataci\u00f3n producida por estos cannabinoides, ambos compuestos actu\u00e1n a trav\u00e9s de receptores cannabinoides,aunque no parece que sean los receptores cl\u00e1sicos los exclusivamente implicados, sino que en este efecto vasodilatador tambi\u00e9n participan los receptores vr1, aunque de manera parcial , y sistemas efectores activados por estos.Esta es la primera vez que se describe este efecto con el
