Dado que los inhibidores de proteasa fueron los que demostraron inicialmente una dr\u00e1stica disminuci\u00f3n de la morbimortalidad, muchos cl\u00ednicos no recomiendan el uso de efavirenz en estos pacientes. Los datos de la cohorte muestran un mayor control virol\u00f3gico e igual recuperaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica e inmunol\u00f3gica con efavirenz que con inhibidores de proteasa no
