Dicha mejora conlleva una disminuci\u00f3n de la relaci\u00f3n se\u00f1al ruido respecto de la imagen obtenida con adquisici\u00f3n completa de datos. Asimismo, se valoran los artefactos inherentes a la ad-quisici\u00f3n parcial de datos.  se estudian diversos m\u00e9todos de reconstrucci\u00f3n para obtener la imagen completa a partir de datos parciales y  la correcci\u00f3n parcial de artefactos que efect\u00faa cada uno de ellos. Se estima tambi\u00e9n la funci\u00f3n de dispersi\u00f3n de punto para cuantificar la resolu-ci\u00f3n espacial de la imagen en funci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros de la secuencia de adquisici\u00f3n.  como herramienta de trabajo, se ha desarrollado un programa de simulaci\u00f3n que ha permitido caracterizar la secuencia sin las interferencias propias del sistema de adqui-sici\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, se ha puesto a punto una metodolog\u00eda que permite fabricar phantoms f\u00edsicos con el fin de validar en un tom\u00f3grafo los resultados obtenidos mediante simula-ci\u00f3n.  finalmente, se han obtenido im\u00e1genes de pacientes y de voluntarios sanos, con la fina-lidad de extrapolar a condiciones fisiol\u00f3gicas los resultados obtenidos con
