{"id":70060,"date":"2018-03-09T23:14:33","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:14:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/macrociclos-11-derivados-da-tren-e-os-seus-complexos-metalicos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T23:14:33","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:14:33","slug":"macrociclos-11-derivados-da-tren-e-os-seus-complexos-metalicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/santiago-de-compostela\/macrociclos-11-derivados-da-tren-e-os-seus-complexos-metalicos\/","title":{"rendered":"Macrociclos [1+1] derivados da tren e os seus complexos met\u00e1licos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Manuel Vicente Garc\u00eda <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El trabajo aborda el dise\u00f1o, s\u00edntesis y caracterizaci\u00f3n de una nueva familia de nueve ligandos macroc\u00edclicos nxoy derivados de la amina tr\u00edpode tris(2-aminoetil)amina (tren), y el estudio de su capacidad de complejaci\u00f3n hacia un amplio abanico de metales (alcalinot\u00e9rreos, transicionales, post-transicionales y lant\u00e1nidos).  para la caracterizaci\u00f3n de los productos obtenidos se utilizaron las siguientes t\u00e9cnicas experimentales: an\u00e1lisis elemental, medidas de conductividad y conductimetr\u00eda por potenciometr\u00eda, espectroscopia infrarroja, esepctroscopia ultravioleta-visible y de emisi\u00f3n de fluorescencia, y difracci\u00f3n de rayos x. Se presentan cinco estructuras cristalinas correspondientes a ligandos y complejos.  la caracter\u00edstica principal de los ligandos sintetizados es que presentan un brazo colgante o pendant-arm funcionarizado, que en algunos casos fue modificado condens\u00e1ndole mol\u00e9culas (salicilaldehido, acrilonitrilo, antraceno-9-carbaldehido) que a\u00f1aden nuevos \u00e1tomos dadores y\/o nuevos fluor\u00f3foros a los correspondientes ligandos. El \u00fanico ligando que no presenta este brazo colgante fue el bismacrociclo preparado.  los resultados m\u00e1s destacables del estudio son:  1,- la reacci\u00f3n de o1, o7-bis(2-formilfenil)-1,4,7-trioxaheptano y tren en relaci\u00f3n molar 1:1 en acetonitrilo da lugar al ligando macroc\u00edclico l1, que constituye el primer caso documentado de macrociclo [1+1] base de schiff derivado de la condensaci\u00f3n de la amina tr\u00edpode tres con dialdehidos arom\u00e1ticos.  2,- o ligando oxaazamacroc\u00edclico l3 emite fluorescencia selectivamente y sin interferencias de otros iones al coordinarse al zn(ii).
