Dicho sistemas ha sido denominado ba\u00f1o-substrato-flujo (bsf) puesto que permite modificar los diferentes alementos que actu\u00e1n en el proceso detersivo (sustrato, suciedad y ba\u00f1o) as\u00ed como las condicinoes hidrodin\u00e1micas, lo que posibilita simular el funcionamiento de sistemas industriales de lavado.  como componente del detergente, se han ensayado.  1. Tesioactivos comerciales del tipo no i\u00f3nicos: alquilpoligluc\u00f3sidos, alcoholes grasos etoxilados y el monifenol etoxilado.  2. Tensioactivo  comercial ani\u00f3nico, el \u00e1cido dodecilbenceno sulf\u00f3nico (las),  3. Agentes secuestrantes de iones de iones calcio y dispersantes de la suciedad, \u00e1cido pliacrilico y el copol\u00edmero de los \u00e1cidos y mal\u00e9tico.  4. Agentes antiespumantes, pliporlenglicol y el producto dow coming dsp antifoam emulsi\u00f3n (r) .  5. La enzima lipol\u00edtica lipolase 100l(r) . Las concentraciones utlilizadas de esto singredientes corresponden a las empladas actualmente en productos detergentes comerciales.  los resultados  experimentales derivados de los ensayos de lavado en el dispositivo bsf demuestran que \u00e9ste puede ser utilizado con \u00e9xito para dise\u00f1ar formulaciones detergentes, ya  que es sensible a las modificacines impuestas en las variables de proceso (temperatura, caudal de recirculaci\u00f3n, concentraci\u00f3n de detergente, suciedad etc) y en las variables de formaulaci\u00f3n (composici\u00f3n del detergente). Adem\u00e1s, bajo condiciones de reproducibilidad, la utilizaci\u00f3n de este sitema determna resultados que est\u00e1n de acuerdo con las informaciones acutalmente disponibles en bibliograf\u00eda sobre la detegencia de suciedades grasas.  la utilizaci\u00f3n de la metodolog\u00eda del dise\u00f1o estad\u00edstico de experimentos conjuntamente con el sistema bs<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
