{"id":70322,"date":"2018-03-09T23:14:52","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:14:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/recubrimiento-de-silicona-para-aplicaciones-electricas-y-electronicas\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T23:14:52","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:14:52","slug":"recubrimiento-de-silicona-para-aplicaciones-electricas-y-electronicas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/politecnica-de-madrid\/recubrimiento-de-silicona-para-aplicaciones-electricas-y-electronicas\/","title":{"rendered":"Recubrimiento de silicona para aplicaciones electricas y electronicas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Susana Fernandez Esteban <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El trabajo desarrollado esta basado principalmente en la relaci\u00f3n entre dos clases de materiales: los polisiloxanos y las resinas epoxi.  los polisiloxanos pueden ser copolimerizados con diferentes resinas org\u00e1nicas, encontr\u00e1ndose entre ellas las resinas epoxi.  los polisiloxanos se caracterizan por presentar una baja temperatura de transici\u00f3n v\u00edtrea, excelente estabilidad t\u00e9rmica y oxidativa, baja energ\u00eda superficial, alta permeabilidad a los gases y gran estabilidad frente a la radiaci\u00f3n uv.  por otra parte las resinas epoxi son aislantes el\u00e9ctricos presentan baja contracci\u00f3n, buena adherencia, resistencia t\u00e9rmica y qu\u00edmica, resistencia a la humedad, al ataque por disolventes y por reactivos qu\u00edmicos.  la combinaci\u00f3n de estos dos materiales permitir\u00e1 obtener sistemas de polisiloxano-resina epoxi, que presentan un car\u00e1cter hidr\u00f3fobo y, una mejora de las propiedades en relaci\u00f3n a la resina epoxi como son, el aumento de flexibilidad, disminuci\u00f3n del coeficiente de expansi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmico, resistencia a la compresi\u00f3n y al impacto. Un material con estas propiedades ser\u00e1 adecuado para utilizarse como: encapsulante electr\u00f3nico, aislante el\u00e9ctrico o como membrana separadora de tipo poliel\u00e9ctrolito en bater\u00edas recargables.  la funci\u00f3n de un encapsulado o aislante de este tipo es doble: por un lado, debe aislar los componentes de un circuito y, por otro, protegerlos del entorno y de las fracturas mec\u00e1nicas que puedan comprometer el funcionamiento y las caracter\u00edsticas del conjunto, al mismo tiempo necesita ser suficientemente flexible como para absorber contracciones debidas a los diferenciales de dilataci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica, con el fin de que se transmitan a otras partes del circuito y que provoquen fallos.  por ello se han sintetizado resinas multifuncionales de triglicidil \u00e9ter de tris-(4-hidroxifenil)metano por reacci\u00f3n de epoxidaci\u00f3n entre el tris-(4-hidroxifenil)metano y epiclorhidrina.
