tesis doctoral se ha llevado a cabo el dise\u00f1o y desarrollo de arquitecturas moleculares organizadas basadas en interacciones electrost\u00e1ticas para la construcci\u00f3n de biosensores amperom\u00e9ticos.  la s\u00edntesis, caracterizaci\u00f3n y optimizaci\u00f3n del m\u00f3dulo electroqu\u00edmico, junto con la manipulaci\u00f3n de la carga neta de los diferentes polielectrolitos manteniendo sus actividad o propiedades redox ha permitido la construcci\u00f3n de diferentes biosensores enzim\u00e1ticos con una \u00f3ptima conversi\u00f3n electrocatal\u00edtica, y cuya sensibilidad puede ser f\u00e1cilmente controlada mediante el n\u00famero de capas depositadas.  la aplicabilidad de las estructuras supramoleculares desarrolladas se demuestra con la construcci\u00f3n de un sistema bioelectrocatal\u00edtico basado en la fructosa deshidrogenasa  as\u00ed como de un sistema bienzim\u00e1tico compuesto por una alcohol oxidasa y una peroxidasa, ofreciendo \u00e9ste \u00faltimo una gran permeabilidad para el per\u00f3xido de hidr\u00f3geno generado.  las estructuras desarrolladas se han caracterizado tanto con t\u00e9cnicas
