En la primera parte, tras la constatacion del fenomeno de la violencia se pasa al estudio general de la misma, se\u00f1alando su naturaleza, caracteristicas, causas, clases, legitimidad y\/o justificacion de la misma. Se se\u00f1ala la universalidad del fenomeno y su posible legalidad y legitimidad e, incluso, legitimacion etica. En la segunda parte, ante la imposibilidad intrinseca del derecho para ofrecer soluciones a la violencia que no sea la misma violencia, se acude a la moral y se pasa revista a las distintas eticas actuales: eticas de situacion y las eticas-medios, y se observa la paradogica desmoralizacion y acomodacion de la etica a las situaciones presentes. Por todo ello, ahora, se trata de ofrecer, desde la presencia constante del pensamiento de spinoza, nietzsche, freud, sartre, aristoteles, savater, entre otros, una moral de afirmacion del sujeto desde la afirmacion de la vida y de la libertad como elementos fundantes, y se enmarca a este sujeto en su necesaria responsabilidad en la sociedad, a la que no solo se adapta sino que coopera a su desarrollo y mejora en un compromiso. En la tercera parte se ofrecen las conclusiones generales, se\u00f1alando entre otras, como del hombre libre, moral, no puede provenir la violencia y como este en comunidad debe tender a la vida buena.
