desarrollo de una metodolog\u00eda adecuada para la determinaci\u00f3n de metales en destilados a an\u00eds, hincapi\u00e9 en los procesos de digesti\u00f3n de muestra, el desarrollo de un m\u00e9todo de determinaci\u00f3n de anetol en este tipo de bebidas y la aplicaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas de reconocimiento de patrones a la diferenciaci\u00f3n de estos productos en cuanto a su origen.  para la determinaci\u00f3n de b,ca,fe ,mg,na , si y zn en anisados mediante espectroscopia de emisi\u00f3n at\u00f3mica de plasma inducido acoplado icp-aes, se realiz\u00f3 una comparaci\u00f3n de procedimientos de mineralizaci\u00f3n de muestra, desde un punto de vista estad\u00edstico y pr\u00e1ctico.Se compararon dos m\u00e9todos por v\u00eda seca y cuatro por v\u00eda h\u00fameda.El m\u00e9todo seleccionado fue uno de los propuestos por v\u00eda h\u00fameda, mineralizando la muestra conuna mezcla de \u00e1cido m\u00edtrico y agua oxigenada.Se estudiaron las caracteristicas anal\u00edticas del m\u00e9todo,asegurando su exactitud y precisi\u00f3n y se analizaron un total de 115 muestras de anisados.Los elementos minoritarios fueron b,fe y zn, con contenidos medios en torno a 0,04mg\/l.Los contenidos en ca,mg y silicio vari\u00e1n en torno a 2 mg\/l.El sodio presenta concentraciones superiores.  en la determinaci\u00f3n de cu y pb mediante espectroscopia de absorci\u00f3n at\u00f3mica con atomizaci\u00f3n electrot\u00e9rmica (et-aas), se desarrollaron y validaron sendos m\u00e9todos de determinaci\u00f3n directa.Las muestras se diluyeron en una mezcla de etanol y agua y se determin\u00f3 el contenido en estos elementes con las condiciones previamente optimizadas.La mayor\u00eda de las muestras presentan contenidos por debajo de los 50ug\/l  el  contenido en los elementos analizado por icp-aes se utilizaron para realizar un estudio, mediante t\u00e9cnicas de an\u00e1lisis multivariante , par diferenciar muestras con denominaci\u00f3n de
