Concepcion <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la primera parte de la tesis se desarrolla un metodo analitico para la determinacion simultanea de vitaminas a, d3 y e mediante cromatografia liquida de alta resolucion en fase inversa con deteccion amperometrica con un electrodo de trabajo de carbon vitreo a un potencial de +1300 mv (vs. Ag\/agc1). El metodo cromatografico se aplica al analisis de las citadas vitaminas en muestras de leche, en polvo y liquida, mantequilla y margarina. En la preparacion de la muestra se sigue un procedimiento clasico de hidrolisis alcalina de las muestras y extraccion con hexano de las vitaminas liposolubles.  en la segunda parte del trabajo se desarrolla una metodolog\u00eda analitica que permite la automatizacion de las diferentes etapas incluidas en la preparacion de la muestra. Se utiliza un sistema de flujo continuo y posterior extraccion de las vitaminas en un soporte solido. El sistema automatizado se acopla con la determinacion cromatografica de modo que el tiempo total de analisis no supera los 25 minutos.  el metodo automatizado se ha aplicado con exito al analisis de las vitaminas a, d3 y e en muestras de leche en polvo, leche liquida, mantequilla y margarina.
