(+) citrullus colocynthis (l.) schrad."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Ana Conejero Rodilla <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objeto de este proyecto ha sido avanzar en el campo de la hibridaci\u00f3n som\u00e1tica en cucurbit\u00e1ceas y,en particular, en el cruce cucumis melo(+) citrullus colocynthis. El objetivo a largo plazo es la obtenci\u00f3n de hibridos som\u00e1ticos, tanto osim\u00e9tricos como asim\u00e9tricos, que en caso de ser f\u00e9rtiles, servir\u00edan como puentes gen\u00e9ticas para la transfenci de genes deseables (concretamente los que confieren tolerancia a la salinidad y el estr\u00e9s h\u00eddrico, as\u00ed como resistencia a diversas enfermedades ) desde la especie donante ( citrullus colcynthis) a la receptora (cucumis melo).  los estudios realizados eneste proyecto con el material de partida han mostrado oque la ccesi\u00f3n r309 de la especie citrullus colocynthis (l.) schard. Nuestra mayor tolerancia al  estr\u00e9s h\u00eddrico que la variedad de mel\u00f3n cantaloup charentais, por lo que puede utilizarse en programas de mejora de la tolerancia al estr\u00e9s hidrico de lal especie cultivada. Estos trabajos han permitido tambi\u00e9n la caracterizaci\u00f3n de las descendencias (tg2 y tg3) de la colecci\u00f3n de plantas transg\u00e9ncias de citrullus colocynthis accesi\u00f3n r309, lo que facilitar\u00e1 la selecci\u00f3n de lso genotipos transf\u00e9ncios m\u00e1s  adecuados para su posterior utilizaci\u00f3n en experimentos de hibridaci\u00f3n som\u00e1tica.  se ha ensayado el m\u00e9todo de quimiofusi\u00f3n en l\u00e1mina fina desarrollado en nuestro laboratorio en distintos sistemas de parentales. Los mejores resultados se han conseguido empleando unas concentraciones de polietilenglicol del 25% y 30% y una concentraci\u00f3n inicial en lamezcla de protoplastos de 1&#215;10(6) pp\/ml.  por \u00faltimo conviene resaltar que tambi\u00e9n se ha avanzado en diversos aspectos relacionados con el dise\u00f1o de estrategias para la selecci\u00f3n de h\u00edbridos som\u00e1ticos cucumis melo (+) citrullus colocynthis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Estudios sobre la hibridaci\u00f3n som\u00e1tica cucumis melo l.
