Sonia Sayalero Sanz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La trifluorometilaci\u00f3n nucle\u00f3fila de 2-acil-perhidro-1,3-benzoxazinas n-sustituidas con reactivo de ruppert y csf como iniciador se ha conseguido de forma totalmente diastereoselectiva y con excelentesren dimientos qu\u00edmicos. La eliminaci\u00f3n del auxiliar quiral ha permitido la s\u00edntesis de a-trifluorometil- b-hidroxi aldehidos enantiom\u00e9ricamente puros. Por otra parte, la esterificaci\u00f3n de los alcoholes trifluorometilados arom\u00e1ticos proporciona trifluorometil \u00e9steres con actividad \u00f3ptica gracias a la eliminaci\u00f3n del ayudante quiral en oresencia de agua a temperatuar superior a 0\u00c2\u00ba c.  la reacci\u00f3n de distintos organomet\u00e1licos con un aldehido arom\u00e1tico situado a tres enlaces del heterociclo quiral de n-bencil-tetrahidro-1,3-oxacina se ha mostrado altamente estereoselectiva. Cuando el aldehido est\u00e1  situado a cuatro enlaces los rendimientos qu\u00edmicos tambi\u00e9n son excelentes pero los excesos diastereom\u00e9ricos est\u00e1n comprendidos entre un 10 y un 90% en funci\u00f3n del organomet\u00e1lico empleado. El estudio de la inducci\u00f3n asim\u00e9trica 1,4 se ha extendido a adiciones nucle\u00f3filas a iminas permitiendo la s\u00edntesis diastereoselectiva de aminas quirales, entre ellas un derivado de 2-furilo que se ha empleado para estudiar cicloadiciones intramoleculares de diels-alder de furano y amidas , a,b-insaturadas en el entorno quiral proporcionado por el heterociclo de  perhidro-1,3-benzoxazina. Estas cicloadiciones transcurren con total diastereoselectividad.
