{"id":70707,"date":"2004-08-10T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2004-08-10T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/ensamblaje-de-flsz-de-coli-proteina-esencial-en-la-division-bacteriana-efecto-de-la-aglomeracion-macromolecular\/"},"modified":"2004-08-10T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2004-08-10T00:00:00","slug":"ensamblaje-de-flsz-de-coli-proteina-esencial-en-la-division-bacteriana-efecto-de-la-aglomeracion-macromolecular","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/ensamblaje-de-flsz-de-coli-proteina-esencial-en-la-division-bacteriana-efecto-de-la-aglomeracion-macromolecular\/","title":{"rendered":"Ensamblaje de flsz de coli proteina esencial en la divisi\u00f3n bacteriana: efecto de la aglomeraci\u00f3n macromolecular"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Gonz\u00e1lez Izquierdo Jos\u00e9 Manuel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta memoria de tesis doctoral se han empleado condiciones experimentales que simulan la osmolaridad y el aglomerado ambiente del citoplasma bacteriano para el estudio del ensamblaje de la prote\u00edna esencial de divisi\u00f3n celular de e.Coli ftsz.  ftsz (40 kda), en presencia de gdp , tiene una d\u00e9bil tendencia a oligomerizar en disoluciones diluidas que contienen concentraciones apropiadas de osmolitos fisiol\u00f3gicos.Sin embargo en presencia de gtp, ftsz ensambla de manera cooperativa para formar filamentos din\u00e1micos finos relativamente peque\u00f1os (1-2 10-6da).  la aglomeraci\u00f3n macromolecular favorece el ensamblaje gtp-dependiente de ftsz en pol\u00edmeros bidimensionales din\u00e1micos que desensamblan despu\u00e9s de agotado el gtp.Las im\u00e1genes de microscop\u00eda de fuerzas at\u00f3micas revelan que estos pol\u00edmeros adoptan la estructura de cintas de una subunidad  de alto . Comparadas conlos filamentos de ftsz observados in vitro en ausencia de aglomeraci\u00f3nn macromolecular, las cintas presentan un retraso y disminuci\u00f3n de la actividad gtp asa y una disminuci\u00f3n en el intercambio de gtp dentro del pol\u00edmero.  proponemos que, en el aglomerado citoplasma bacteriano y en condiciones que promueven el ensamblaje, los filamentos de ftsz tienden a alinearse espont\u00e1neamente formado las cintas din\u00e1micas.Estas estructuras podr\u00edan formar parte del anillo z que se forma en el septo bacteriano en el momento de la divisi\u00f3n celular bacteriana, sin necesidad de interacciones espec\u00edficas adicionales.  postulamos que , en c\u00e9lulas en reposo (no-divisi\u00f3n), deben existir mecanismos de regulaci\u00f3n que eviten el ensamblaje de las cintas de ftsz (y del anillo z), lo que evitar\u00eda la formaci\u00f3n del septo a destiempo durante el ciclo de divisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
