Aurora <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se abord\u00f3 la optimizaci\u00f3n de la micropropagaci\u00f3n de betula celtiberica, para lo que se micropropag\u00f3 material procedente de la germinaci\u00f3n de semillas y de \u00e1rbol adulto recogido en campo.  la diferentes respuestas observadas se relacionaron  con la \u00e9poca en que se recog\u00edan los explantos, el estado fisiol\u00f3gico, el contenido end\u00f3geno de reguladores de crecimiento y la composici\u00f3n de los distintos medios de cultivo utilizados.  entre dichas  respuestas cabe destacar la obtenci\u00f3n de una estructura con aspecto de l\u00e1mina foliar fasciculada con gran cantidad de yemas sobre su superficie, probablemente debido a su mayor contenido en todas las fitohormonas analizadas (auxinas, citoquininas y \u00e1cido absc\u00edsico), lo que permiti\u00f3 mejorar considerablemente las tasas de multiplicaci\u00f3n respecto a todos los dem\u00e1s tipos de explantos utilizados para el cultivo en medio s\u00f3lido.  adem\u00e1s, se desarroll\u00f3 un m\u00e9todo para el cultivo en medio l\u00edquido de dichas especie, en el que se revierte la vitrificaci\u00f3n previa de los explantos, producida como consecuencia de un exceso en la absorci\u00f3n de algunos cationes y benciladenina del medio de cultivo.
