A trav\u00e9s de procesos enzim\u00e1ticos de hidr\u00f3lisis, esterificaci\u00f3n, transerificaci\u00f3n, transesterificaci\u00f3n o amin\u00f3lisis, es posible preparar alcoholes, \u00e1cidos, \u00e9teres o aminas enantiopuras. En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os la resoluci\u00f3n enzim\u00e1tica de alcoholes con lipasas en disolvente org\u00e1nicos, ha demostrado ser el proceso m\u00e1s popular para la preparaci\u00f3n de alcoholes con estructuras variadas y con una alta pureza \u00f3ptica.  en esta memoria, estructurada en tres cap\u00edtulos, se describe la obtenci\u00f3n de tres tipos diferentes de sintones quirales, utilizando lipasas en disolventes org\u00e1nicos a trav\u00e9s d procesos de transesterificaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, en algunos casos se ha realizado un estudio sistem\u00e1tico sobrelos diferentes par\u00e1metros que influyen en este tipo de procesos.  el primer cap\u00edtulo se ha dividi\u00f3 en dos parte, en la primera se ha estudiado la resoluci\u00f3n v\u00eda o-acetilaci\u00f3n enzim\u00e1tica de cis y trans-beta-hidroxiesteres c\u00edclicos de  5 a 7 miembros utilizando las lipasas de c\u00e1ndida antarctiva a y b, habiendo obtenido excelentes enantioselectividades en todos los casos, lo que ha permitido aislar los doce posibles eesterois\u00f3meros de forma enantiopura y con altos rendimientos.  en la segunda parte se ha llevado a cabo un estudios m\u00e1s detallado de la resoluci\u00f3n enzim\u00e1tica de cis y trans-beta-hidroxiesteres c\u00edclicos haciendo uso de la modernizaci\u00f3n molecular. Los resultados de este estudio mostraron que la conformaci\u00f3n preferencial adoptada por los alcoholes c\u00edclicos de partida, es uno de los factores m\u00e1s determinantes de la reactividad de \u00e9stos, frente a acilaci\u00f3n catalizada por la cal-b.  en el segundo cap\u00edtulo, se ha extendido la metodolog\u00eda desarrollada en el anterior apartado, aplic\u00e1ndola a la
