Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de este trabajo fue investigar en modelos experimentales \u00abin vivo\u00bb e \u00abin vitro\u00bb las caracteristicas organotropicas del compuesto que denominamos bamet-h2, cuyo grupo activo consta de un atomo de pt(ii) y que basa sus caracteristicas organotropicas en una region molecular similar al acido glicocolico.Los resultados que hemos obtenido en nuestro trabajo, apoyan la tesis de que bamet-h2 conserva la capacidad citostatica de los complejos de pt(ii), junto con las propiedades organotropicas de los acidos biliares, lo que le permite una absorcion intestinal, captacion hepatica y secrecion biliar mas eficaz que la encontrada para cddp. Esto determina que bamet-h2 sea capaz de sufrir una circulacion enterohepatica suficientemente eficaz como para contemplar su posible uso clinico en tratamientos antitumorales por via oral, a la vez que se consigue mantener durante mayor tiempo niveles del compuesto mas elevados en plasma que los hallados para cddp, pero con la suficiente perdida por heces, como para permitir la eliminacion del compuesto en pocos dias y de forma mas completa que la conseguida para cddp.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Organotropismo de nuevos derivados de acidos biliares con capacidad citostatica.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Organotropismo de nuevos derivados de acidos biliares con capacidad citostatica. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Herrera Marcos M.
