La primera se basa en la s\u00edntesis de complejos magn\u00e9ticos de alta nuclearidad y la segunda trata de la organizaci\u00f3n supramolecular de mol\u00e9culas biestables.  la primera parte se compone de dos cap\u00edtulos. En el primero se presenta la s\u00edntesis y caracterizaci\u00f3n magneto-estructural de un nuevo polioxometalato (pom) de co(ii) de f\u00f3rmula: na7k7[co(h2o)4][co7(h2o)2(oh)2p2w25o94]. Los poms forman una extensa familia de \u00f3xidos met\u00e1licos moleculares que permiten estudiar fen\u00f3menos importantes para el desarrollo de los fundamentos de la electr\u00f3nica molecular. En el nuevo pom el n\u00facleo magn\u00e9tico se compone de siete iones co con coordinaci\u00f3n tanto octa\u00e9drica como tetra\u00e9drica, con interacciones de canje  ferro- y antiferromagn\u00e9ticas. Hay que destacar que en el s\u00f3lido los polioxometalatos est\u00e1n conectados a trav\u00e9s de un i\u00f3n co(ii) octa\u00e9drico externo, formando cadenas. Sin embargo, debido al esqueleto diamagn\u00e9tico de w y a las  distancias existentes, los clusters heptanucleares permanecen magn\u00e9ticamente aislados del i\u00f3n co puente y entre s\u00ed.  en el segundo cap\u00edtulo se presenta la s\u00edntesis de nuevos imanes unimoleculares, derivados del complejo mn12o12(o2cch3)16(h2o)4, (mn12ac). Estos tipos de mol\u00e9culas han despertado un gran inter\u00e9s debido a su posible aplicaci\u00f3n en los futuros dispositivos nanoelectr\u00f3nicos tanto para el almacenaje como para el procesado de informaci\u00f3n. En este trabajo se ha conseguido sintetizar por primera vez tres derivados multicati\u00f3nicos de mn12ac mediante la incorporaci\u00f3n de grupos trialquilamonio en la periferia del compuesto, usando dos ligandos diferentes: [(c4h9)3nch2c6h4cooh)][pf6], zhpf6 y [(ch3)3nch2cooh)][pf6], bethpf6. As\u00ed se puede facilitar la organizaci\u00f3n de estos nuevos imanes unimoleculares a trav\u00e9s de las interacciones electrost\u00e1ticas.
