{"id":70782,"date":"2018-03-09T23:15:17","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:15:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/comportamiento-in-vitro-de-las-puntas-de-gutapercha-con-hidroxido-de-calcio\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T23:15:17","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:15:17","slug":"comportamiento-in-vitro-de-las-puntas-de-gutapercha-con-hidroxido-de-calcio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/comportamiento-in-vitro-de-las-puntas-de-gutapercha-con-hidroxido-de-calcio\/","title":{"rendered":"Comportamiento in vitro de las puntas de gutapercha con hidr\u00f3xido de calcio."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Menasalvas Ruiz Mar\u00eda De Gracia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A raiz de la aparici\u00f3n en 1996 , de las puntas de gutapercha con hidr\u00f3xido de calcio nos planteamos la siguiente hip\u00f3tesis de trabajo, dado que la composici\u00f3n de las mismas es distinta de la de las puntas de gutapercha convencionales, tambi\u00e9n presentar\u00e1 un comportamiento distinto in vitro. para lo cual nos planteamos los siguientes objetivos: comprobar su efecto antimicrobiano, cuantificar la p\u00e9rdida de iones hidroxilo,a trav\u00e9s de la medici\u00f3n del ph, cuantificar el porcentaje de calcio presente en la superficie de las puntas, y determinar la filtraci\u00f3n inmediata y tras seis meses de incubaci\u00f3n.  tras la aplicaci\u00f3n de los materiales y metodolog\u00eda necesarios, nuestros resultados nos llevaron a las siguientes conclusiones:  1. No se observan diferencias estad\u00edsticamente significativas entre el efecto antimicrobiano de las puntas de gutapercha con hidr\u00f3xido de calcio y las puntas de gutapercha convencionales.  2. Este efecto antimicrobiano en s\u00ed mismo, es incapaz de destruir las bacterias que se encuentran de forma habitual en los procesos infecciosos endod\u00f3nticos.  3. La liberaci\u00f3n de iones hidroxilo de las puntas de gutapercha no permite conseguir un ph superior a 10.  4. El ph se convierte en neutro tras una semana de permanencia en el interior del conducto.  5. El porcentaje de calcio presente en la superficie de las puntas de gutapercha con higr\u00f3xido de calcio , tras analizarlo al microscopio electr\u00f3nico , es muy similar tanto en la punta como a dos mil\u00edmetros de la misma.  6. Las puntas de gutapercha con hidr\u00f3xido de calcio presentan una filtraci\u00f3n mayor que las puntas de gutapercha convencionales, para todos los intervalos de tiempo
