{"id":7080,"date":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/1995\/01\/01\/cinetica-del-cinc-en-hemofiltracion\/"},"modified":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"cinetica-del-cinc-en-hemofiltracion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/cinetica-del-cinc-en-hemofiltracion\/","title":{"rendered":"Cinetica del cinc en hemofiltracion."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Benjam\u00edn De Le\u00f3n G\u00f3mez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha procedido a estudiar la cinetica del zn, durante un proceso de hemofiltracion experimental con 4 membranas habitualmente utilizadas en hemodialisis de diferente permeabilidad hidraulica, en 12 pacientes en hemodialisis periodica.Se realizaron determinaciones de zn plasmatico, intraeritrocitario y en el liquido de ultrafiltracion mediante espectrometria de absorcion atomica.Mediante la realizacion de los calculos cineticos apropiados de han determinado los aclaramientos acuosos, plasmaticos y sanguineos de zn. Asi mismo se ha realizado un analisis de regresion multiple para definir una ecuacion que predijera el aclaramiento acuoso para una membrana de hemodialisis dada conociendo los parametros que mas significativamente intervienen en su capacidad de hemofiltracion.  las concentraciones plasmaticas de zn en los pacientes estudiados estan descendidas y las eritrocitarias elevadas respecto al grupo control.  tras el proceso de hemofiltracion aumenta la concentracion plasmatica de zn debido a la hemoconcentracion producida. La concentracion de zn intraeritrocitaria no se modifica.  tras corregir los resultados para la hemoconcentracion se observa un descenso no significativo del zn plasmatico al final de la hemofiltracion.  durante el proceso depurativo se pierde cinc al ultrafiltrado de forma mas importante con las membranas de mayor permeabilidad. La cantidad de zn perdida es peque\u00f1a debido a que en su mayor parte el zn plasmatico es no difusible. Esta perdida del cinc libre plasmatico pone en marcha una serie de movimientos cineticos que implican al cinc plasmatico ligado a proteinas y probablemente al cinc intraeritrocitario.  se define la ecuacion que permite calcular el aclaramiento acuso del cinc para una membrana determinada y se valora la importancia estadistica de los parametros que modifican la capacidad de
