El objetivo de este estudio es la caracterizaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednico-morfol\u00f3gica de los s\u00edndromes de c\u00e1ncer de mama y ovario familiar desde un punto de vista multidisciplinar: biol\u00f3gico, cl\u00ednico, radiol\u00f3gico, patol\u00f3gico y terapeutico. Para ello se han estudiado 17 pacientes con cancer de mama y\/u ovario famliar con mutacion en brca1 , 12 con mutaci\u00f3n en brca2 , 32 con c\u00e1ncer de mama y\/u ovario familiar sin mutaci\u00f3n conocida y 29 pacientes con c\u00e1ncer de mama espor\u00e1dicos como grupo control, procedentes de la fjd y cnio. Se ha realizado estudio comparativo cl\u00ednico, radiologico, morfol\u00f3gico, inmunofenot\u00edpico y evolutivo.  las conclusiones extraidas son:  &#8211; los ca mamarios familiares muestran rasgos predominantes diferenciales de los ca espor\u00e1dicos: edades tempranas , tumores circunscritos, mayor bilateralidad, afectacion en varones y neoplasias ovaricas secundarias.  &#8211; el ca de mama del grupo brca1 es el mas caracter\u00edstico: edades tempranas, bilateralidad y multifocalidad. Histolog\u00eda de cdi de alto grado, perdida de receptores hormonales, alta proliferacion y p53 y ausencia de c-erb-2. mayor frecuencia de neoplasias ov\u00e1ricas secundarias.  &#8211; el ca de mama del grupo brca2 muestra caracteres intermedios : cdi con cid asociado o cli. Un 81% expresan receptores hormonales, ninguno expresa c-erb-2. Resto de marcadores variables.  &#8211; el grupo familiar no mutado y esporadico comparten cl\u00ednica, morfolog\u00eda e inmunofenotipo distinguiendo al familiar no mutado la bilateralidad y los antecedentes familiares.  &#8211; no hay diferencias entre el estadiaje, tratamiento y evoluci\u00f3n en los distintos grupos de los ca mamarios de esta serie.  &#8211; el ca de mama masculina es casi
