Para la conservaci\u00f3n de los objetivos se ha llevado a cabo la s\u00edntesis optimizada de las nuevas estructuras espirolact\u00e1micas y su posterior inserci\u00f3n en la secuencia de cada uno de los p\u00e9ptidos objetivo, utilizando para ello metodolog\u00edas de s\u00edntesis org\u00e1nica y de s\u00edntesis de p\u00e9ptidos en disoluci\u00f3n. A continuaci\u00f3n, se ha llevado a cabo el an\u00e1lisis conformacional de los compuestos m\u00e1s significativos de cada una de las familias de los an\u00e1logos pept\u00eddicos objetivo, mediante t\u00e9cnicas de rmn y modelizaci\u00f3n molecular.  por \u00faltimo, se ha determinado la actividad citot\u00f3xica de los nuevos an\u00e1logos de didemninas sintetizados y la actividad neuroprotectora in vitro de los an\u00e1logos de gpe. En cada caso, de la correlaci\u00f3n de los resultados biol\u00f3gicos con los del an\u00e1lisis conformacional se han extra\u00eddo conclusiones relativas a las conformaciones bioactivas de los
