doctoral recoge las metodolog\u00edas anal\u00edticas optimizadas en distintas proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n de naturaleza multidisciplinar realizados en los departamentos de qu\u00edmica anal\u00edtica y farmacolog\u00eda de la facultad de farmacia de la universidad del pa\u00eds vasco.  por un lado, con el fin de estudiar el desarrollo de la hipertensi\u00f3n en pacientes con s\u00edndrome de apnea obstructiva del sue\u00f1o, se han optimizado sendos m\u00e9todos para la determinaci\u00f3n de catecolaminas y sus metabolitos as\u00ed como para la determinaci\u00f3n de mono y dimetilargininas en plasma humano. por otro lado, y ara ratificar el beneficio terap\u00e9utico que presenta el uso de un \u00fanico enanti\u00f3mero del antidepresivo fluoxetina (prozac), se ha optimizado metodolog\u00edas que permiten la determinaci\u00f3n de fluoxetina y su metabolito norfluoxetina as\u00ed como la de sus enanti\u00f3meros r y s en plasma y corteza
