sint\u00e9ticas para la preparaci\u00f3n de distintos poliacetilenos de origen marino,aislados de esponjas de la familia callyspongia que incluyen:  1.- S\u00edntesis de callyberina a,mediante dos rutas convergentes alternativas que incluyen como etapas claves reacciones de acoplamiento cruzado catalizadas por cu entre alquinos terminales y yodoalquinos (reacci\u00f3n de cadiot-chodkiewicz) y reacciones de acoplamiento cruzado, catalizadas por cu y pd , entre alquinos terminales y halogenuros vin\u00edlicos (reacci\u00f3n de sonogashira)  2.- S\u00edntesis de callyberina b mediante una ruta convergente que incluye como etapa final un acoplmiento catalizado por cu y pd entre un diino terminal y un bromuro vin\u00edlico.  3.- S\u00edntesis de callyberina c mediante una ruta convergente que incluye como etapa final el desplazamineto de un triflato mediante un diino terminal.  4.- S\u00edntesis de siphonodiol mediante una ruta convergente que  incluye como etapa final un
