De activacion en el trasplante los dias 0, 3, 5, 15, 45 y 100; en 12 pacientes bajo tratamiento con okt3 de induccion, csa y prednisona. Para definir las poblaciones se utilizan acmo (fict o pe): cd3, tcr-alfa beta, tcr-       , cd4, cd8, cd45ro, cd11b, cd56, cd16, cd25, hla-dr y cd38, mediante simples y dobles marcajes, realizandose el analisis en citometria de flujo. Se estudio in vivo e in vitro el efecto modulador de okt3 sobre tcr. En el dia 0 (irct) se observa linfopenia de celulas t, a expensas de tcr-alfa beta +, ya que las celulas tcr-    + estan aumentadas; las celulas cd4+\/cd45ro+, las nk (cd3-\/cd56+), y de antigenos de activacion estan aumentados indicando estado de preactivacion. Tras el trasplante por efecto de okt3, se aprecia una disminucion de todas las subpoblaciones t y nk, con una recuperacion de celulas tcr\/alfa beta en el dia 15 a expensas de celulas cd4+\/cd45ro+ que estan activadas, cd25+. En el dia 45 se recuperan todas las subpoblaciones. Se indujeron ac anti-okt3 en f un 40% que determinaron recuperacion precoz de subpoblaciones. Los pacientes con rechazo presentaron un aumento precoz de cd4+\/cd45ro+. Los bolos de metil-pred.
