doctoral de <strong> Montserrat Colilla Nieto <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de esta tesis ha sido el dise\u00f1o, la s\u00edntesis y la caracterizaci\u00f3n de materiales h\u00edbridos organo-inorg\u00e1nicos, nanoestructurados y funcionales, para su utilizaci\u00f3n como fases activas de sensores electroqu\u00edmicos para el reconocimiento i\u00f3nico.  para ello se han elaborado materiales de diversa naturaleza: i) los materiales h\u00edbridos obtenidos por el m\u00e9todo sol-gel, y ii) los compuestos de intercalaci\u00f3n en arcillas esmect\u00edticas.  los materiales h\u00edbridos obtenidos por el m\u00e9todo sol-gel, a su vez, han consistido en la obtenci\u00f3n de matrices organosil\u00edcicas diferenciadas: los organopolisiloxanos que incorporan ion\u00f3foros como agentes de reconocimiento i\u00f3nico (del tipo de los \u00e9teres corona, concretamente el 18-corona-6 y el dimetilsila-17-corona-6); y las matrices organopolisilox\u00e1nicas funcionalizadas con grupos amino.  asimismo se ha estudiado la intercalaci\u00f3n de derivados de la piridina (2- y 4-mercaptopiridina) y del biopol\u00edmero quitosano (copol\u00edmero de la glucosamina y la n-acetilglucosamina) en esmectitas (montmorillonita y hectorita).  para la obtenci\u00f3n de estos h\u00edbridos organo-inorg\u00e1nicos se han empleado diferentes procedimientos de s\u00edntesis, adecuados para cada caso, realiz\u00e1ndose asimismo una completa caracterizaci\u00f3n de los materiales mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de diversas t\u00e9cnicas, como son el an\u00e1lisis qu\u00edmico elemental, los an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9rmico diferencial y termogravim\u00e9trico (atd-tg), las espectroscopias ftir y rmn de alta resoluci\u00f3n en s\u00f3lidos, la difracci\u00f3n de rayos x (drx), la microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de barrido (meb) o la microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de transmisi\u00f3n (met) con microan\u00e1lisis por energ\u00eda dispersiva de rayos x (edx).  posteriormente se ha abordado el dise\u00f1o y la construcci\u00f3n de los sensores electroqu\u00edmicos utilizando como fases activas los materiales preparados. la evaluaci\u00f3n electroanal\u00edtica de cada uno
