Dichas funciones se dira que verifican el teorema del muestreo potencial asintotico (tmpa). En la tesis se dan condiciones suficientes sobre la sucesion de muestras para que la funcion cumpla el tmpa. Ademas se proporcionan ejemplos de dichas funciones entre las que destaca la funcion gausiana.Tambien se estudian las perturbaciones (y se da una clasificacion de las mismas) de dichas funciones de
