<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La s\u00edntesis en paralelo de alto rendimiento tanto en soluci\u00f3n como en fase s\u00f3lida han incrementado notablemente el descubrimiento de nuevos f\u00e1rmacos .En este sentido nuestro aporte se  puede ver reflejado en esta memoria donde se recogen diferentes aspectos de los puntos antes mencionados.  se describe la primera s\u00edntesis total en fase s\u00f3lida de lamellarinas as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n la utilizaci\u00f3n de diferentes \u00e1cidos como m\u00e9todos para introducir diversas en la \u00faltima etapa del desanclaje.  se han discutido en conjunto la utilizaci\u00f3n de diferentes t\u00e9cnicas anal\u00edticas y cuales son sus alcances y sus limitaciones para su utilizaci\u00f3n en fase s\u00f3lida.  dada la importancia en la cuantificaci\u00f3n de quimiotecas que luego pasen a etapas posteriores de ensayo biol\u00f3gicos, hemos empleado la t\u00e9cnica m\u00e1s utilizada en qu\u00edmica org\u00e1nica 1h rmn para la cuantificaci\u00f3n de las misma, utilizaci\u00f3n de  las mismas , utilizando un patr\u00f3n interno y otro externo.  la importancia y las ventajas de la s\u00edntesis en fase s\u00f3lida de peque\u00f1as mol\u00e9culas heteroc\u00edclicas de importancia biol\u00f3gica han quedado reflejadas en la s\u00edntesis de furopiridinas y furoquinolinas y en la s\u00edntesis de la 4h-2-3 hidroxi-4-metoxifenil-nafto 1,2-b piran -1-ona a partir de diferentes bisarilacetilenos,precursores tambi\u00e9n en la s\u00edntesis de lamellarinas.  por \u00faltimo se recoge una aproximaci\u00f3n a la s\u00edntesis de quimiotecas de peque\u00f1as mol\u00e9culas hetoric\u00edclicas,englobando tanto la problem\u00e1tica de la qu\u00edmica en soluci\u00f3n como la problem\u00e1tica en fase
