Felisa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de este trabajo fue estudiar la potencialidad citostatica de un compuesto que denominaremos bamet-h2, cuyo grupo activo consta de un atomo de platino (ii) y que sus espectativas organotropicas en una region similar a la del acido glicocolico. Asi mismo, se planteo investigar los procesos de interaccion de bamet-h2 con el adn y los efectos sobre la replicacion del acido nucleico y la proliferacion celular en cultivos celulares de hepatocitos sanos y celulas tumorales de origen hepatico y extrahepatico.  en conjunto nuestros resultados apoyan la tesis de que bamet-h2 o los compuestos relacionados que se sintetizaran en el futuro, pueden ser utiles en la terapia antitumoral de lesiones neoplasicas hepaticas, gracias a sus propiedades citostaticas, a su reducida toxicidad inespecifica y al organotropismo propio de los acidos biliares hacia los tejidos captadores de acidos biliares.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Capacidad citostatica \u00abin vitro\u00bb de nuevos derivados de acidos biliares.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Capacidad citostatica \u00abin vitro\u00bb de nuevos derivados de acidos biliares. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Palomero Moro M.
