Est\u00e1 constituido por genes implicados en replicaci\u00f3n, reparaci\u00f3n, mutag\u00e9nesis y control del ciclo celular. Esta red multig\u00e9nica ha sido caracterizada en diferentes especies bacterianas, gram positivas y gram negativas, determin\u00e1ndose para todas ellas el motivo de uni\u00f3n de su represor, la prote\u00edna lexa.  en el presente trabajo se describe la caracterizaci\u00f3n del motivo de uni\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna lexa en los microorganismo xylella fastidiosa, anabaena sp.Y fibrobacter succionogenes. Mediante la b\u00fasquedas con el programa tblastn, los genes lexa de estas especies bacterianas han sido identificados y clonados en los vectores necesarios para producir y purificar mediante columnas de afinidad las prote\u00ednas lexa que codifican. Con las prote\u00ednas purificadas se han realizado ensayos de mobilidad electrofor\u00e9tica y de \u00abfootprinting\u00bb para determinar sus secuencias de uni\u00f3n para la prote\u00edna lexa, que han sido definidas c\u00f3mo:ttagn6tacta para x.Fastidiosa, rgtacnndgtwcb para anabaena y tgcncn4gtgca para f.Succinogenes.  los motivos de uni\u00f3n caracterizados ha servido para definir la composici\u00f3n de los regulones lex en estos microorganismos as\u00ed como demostrar la presencia de genes inducibles ante el da\u00f1o de laadn de manera independiente de lexa en x.Fastidiosa.  la comparaci\u00f3n de los motivos de uni\u00f3n de lexa caracterizados en este trabajo con los previamente descritos en la biograf\u00eda, el estudio mediante mutag\u00e9nesis dirigida de los motivios y los an\u00e1lisis filogen\u00e9ticos lexa y reca, nos han permitido reconstruir la historia evolutiva del motivo de uni\u00f3n de lexa y determinar la presencia de una divergencia en el motivo de uni\u00f3n de las proteobacterias alfa, demostrando que su gen lexa ha sido incorporado mediante intercambio horizontal desde una bacteria relacionada con las
