{"id":71120,"date":"2004-05-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2004-05-11T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/alta-velocidad-en-colada-continua-de-palanquilla\/"},"modified":"2004-05-11T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2004-05-11T00:00:00","slug":"alta-velocidad-en-colada-continua-de-palanquilla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-tecnologicas\/alta-velocidad-en-colada-continua-de-palanquilla\/","title":{"rendered":"Alta velocidad en colada continua de palanquilla"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Francisco Lage Fernandez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dentro de la siderurgia y de la t\u00e9cnica de colada continua, se desarrolla la presente tesis, que consiste en la solidificaci\u00f3n de acero a alta velocidad. se destaca la particularidad del tipo de m\u00e1quina con molde inclinado frente al vertical-curvo y rese\u00f1ar que esta m\u00e1quina alimenta directamente, en caliente, al tren de laminaci\u00f3n.  sobre una amplia bibliograf\u00eda, se estudia la primera fase de solidificaci\u00f3n que corresponde al molde, para ir cotejando las experiencias con las teor\u00edas metal\u00fargicas, tanto en la refrigeraci\u00f3n como en materiales diferentes en el propio molde y su forma geom\u00e9trica. Con la misma base se desarroll\u00f3 lo relacionado con la segunda fase de refrigeraci\u00f3n que se lleva a cabo a la salida del molde de forma directa sobre las caras del material. El objetivo de obtener la calidad requerida debe garantizar la alimentaci\u00f3n directa de la laminaci\u00f3n.  el trabajo experimental se ha desarrollado en las tres \u00e1reas: proceso, equipos complementarios y log\u00edstica.
