El grupos de investigaci\u00f3n de gen\u00e9tica y microbiolog\u00eda de la universidad p\u00fablica de navarra ha construido un mapa de ligamiento gen\u00e9tico basado en marcadores rapd (random amplification of polymorphic dna) y rflp (restriction fragment length polymorphism), caracteres fenot\u00edpicos y genes clonados. El mapa contiene 11 grupos de ligamiento que se corresponden con los 11 cromosomas de p. Ostreatus, el mapa tiene una longitud aproximada de 1000 centimorgans (cm) con un promedio de 35.1 kbp\/cm. La segregaci\u00f3n de los genes marcadores se estudi\u00f3 en un grupo de 80 monocariontes derivados la cepa dicari\u00f3tica n001 de p. Ostreatus. para realiazar una posterior saturaci\u00f3n del mapa de ligamiento, se construy\u00f3 una genoteca de dna complementario (cdna) derivada de las laminillas del basidiomicete comestible p. Ostreatus y se aislaron y estudiaron varios clones de cdna que fueron usados como secuencias de expresi\u00f3n (est), para el estudio de su expresi\u00f3n y para el mapeo de ligamiento. Las sondas de est mapearon en todos los grupos de ligamiento. Los an\u00e1lisis de northern blot usando estos clones de cdna como sondas mostraron tres modelos de expresi\u00f3n diferentes: genes con expresi\u00f3n general, espec\u00edficos de cuerpo fruct\u00edfero, y espec\u00edficos de laminillas. El an\u00e1lisis de la expresi\u00f3n analiza, sin embargo, hace pensar en la presencia de una red de la regulaci\u00f3n compleja para estos genes.
