Para ello se han sintetizado distintos sistemas heteroc\u00edclicos en los que se ha variado de forma sistem\u00e1tica el hal\u00f3geno empleado, el electr\u00f3filo interno necesario para la ciclaci\u00f3n, el tama\u00f1o del nuevo anillo formado, el sistema arom\u00e1tico puesto en juego y el patr\u00f3n de sustituci\u00f3n de \u00e9ste.  se han abierto, de esta forma, nuevas v\u00edas de s\u00edntesis de pirrolo[1,2-b]isoquinolonas, pirrolo[1,2-a]benzo[d]azepinonas, pirrolo[1,2-a]benzo[d]azocinonas, y distintos sistemas indolicidinicos
