Tras constatar la emergencia de esas fracturas en los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica, ete., se cuestiona la idea de que la incomprensi\u00f3n o el rechazo ante determinadas propuestas sea una mera cuesti\u00f3n de desinter\u00e9s o falta de capacidades de la mayor\u00eda de la poblaci\u00f3n. Para ello, se analiza el concepto dc musco. lugar de presentaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica del patrimonio art\u00edstico que oscila entre la presentaci\u00f3n o el acercamiento y la mitificaci\u00f3n y la distancia. Analizando la historia de la instituci\u00f3n, vemos sus vertientes m\u00e1s conservadoras y m\u00e1s transtonnadoras en cuanto a la democratizaci\u00f3n del conocimiento. Nos detenemos en aquellas reacciones contrarias al museo como instituci\u00f3n legitimadora de cultura. Pero para desenmascarar. Tras su aparente progresismo, un potente elitismo cultural. Al contrario. Destacamos la validez de aquellos planteamientos de la nueva museolog\u00eda que dotan de car\u00e1cter transtonnador al arte y la cultura incorporando la participaci\u00f3n de la comunidad en las din\u00e1micas  culturales. Por \u00faltimo, se plantea un proyecto de museo de la cultura gitana de barcelona que asume la capacidad de las personas de definir sus propios bienes culturales y art\u00edsticos.  posteriormente, pasamos a analizar el concepto restringido de p\u00fablico art\u00edstico analizando las deslegitimaciones que la cultura acad\u00e9mica ha realizado de la democratizaci\u00f3n cultural, relacionando artisticidad e incomprensi\u00f3n, desprestigi\u00e1ndola bajo los conceptos de cultura de masas, industria o mercado cultural, etc. . Incompatibilizando calidad de la otelta y amplitud de los segmentos de p\u00fablico. Tambi\u00e9n se analiza el planteamiento de diferentes estudios de p\u00fablico. En muchos de los resultados, podremos apreciar preconcepciones y prejuicios sobre las personas no acad\u00e9micas, una deslegitimaci\u00f3n de sus capa<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
